Description
Gîte "L'Amandier" of 80 m² classified 2*, located on a fenced plot of 1400 m², offers a pleasant setting with its independent entrance.
Raised ground floor: Beautiful living room including an open fitted kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle), a dining room and a relaxation area with sofa, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi A storeroom, a separate WC with washbasin complete this space.
The cottage includes a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, another with two 90 cm beds. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available. CD radio. Electric heating, fan.
You can enjoy 2 private terraces, one covered of 15 m² at the front, and a small terrace at the back.
These are two really ideal places to eat without fearing the sun.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people.
Around the shared swimming pool, deckchairs are available.

The accommodation is located a two-minute walk from the village center where you will find two restaurants and a grocery store, just 15 minutes from Riez for access to many other shops (supermarket, etc.), market, concerts.
