This house, nestled in greenery at 547 Avenue Jean Moulin, welcomes you for the rental of a 40m² one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a villa, a 5-minute walk from the heart of the village (approximately 15 minutes from the thermal baths). The apartment offers comfortable accommodations for two people. You will find a living room/kitchen equipped with a quality sofa bed, flat-screen TV with Orange TV box, radio, dining table, and a kitchen with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and stainless steel kettle. A hallway leads to a large closet (for ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner, etc.) and a toilet before arriving in a comfortable bedroom with a dressing room and a recently fitted queen-size bed. The bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom, which includes a vanity unit, shower, washing machine, and hairdryer. Mosquito nets have been installed in the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom for added comfort and security. To complete the experience, you have access to a peaceful, green terrace with a dining and relaxation area, as well as the garden (with a swing). Parking is available on the villa grounds. For longer stays (3 weeks or more), I provide linens free of charge and offer my undivided attention to every guest. A cleaning and laundry fee of €80 is required to ensure the cleanliness of the premises. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is non-smoking.
