Close to the village and in a very quiet residential area, this charming 45m² apartment is located in a fenced and wooded family villa. We are on site and will be available throughout your stay.
Description
The magic should begin as soon as you enter the property. You'll access the apartment through a discreet passageway leading to the garden planted with oleanders.
You enter the accommodation directly in the main room composed of the living room area with its convertible sofa and its dining area for 4 people. Nearby is the kitchen and the separate toilet. By a spiral staircase, you go upstairs where you find the master suite with a double bed 160x200, the XL dressing room and the bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub and even a bidet. The view is breathtaking on the Citadel of Sisteron and on the mountains. Everything is thought out so that you can have an excellent stay (wifi, linens provided, some basic products… hair dryer, plates, etc…).
You can enjoy your meals on the private shaded terrace of 25 m2 and use the barbecue provided as well as the outdoor fireplace for hot chestnuts. If the weather permits, or simply as you wish, you can also enjoy access to the unheated outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi located at the front. An indoor heated jacuzzi area, with a relaxation room, is available as an option. The apartment is perfectly sheltered from any view of the neighborhood. Modestly, we wanted to provide you with what we ourselves expect to find when we go on vacation, so in all simplicity, see you soon for a relaxing stay.
