New fitted kitchen with quiet fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, plenty of storage space, steamer, mixer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press, blender...
Main room with closet, flat screen TV, fan, table and chairs, small sofa, sleeping area with firm double bed. Bed made upon arrival.
Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Separate toilets.
All household linen is provided: sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, etc.
The large 8 m² terrace is equipped with garden furniture as well as a table and two chairs, also an ashtray for smokers (non-smoking interior). Awning on the terrace. West exposure.
Animals accepted upon agreement.
I will personally welcome you and set you up, explaining how the equipment works. I will be at your disposal during your stay if necessary.
Charges included: electricity, wifi, cold water, hot water, heating.
If you need an accommodation invoice for your mutual insurance, it will be provided to you.
