On the restaurant side you can enjoy fondues and raclettes with cheeses from the Ubaye Valley, traditional charcuterie boards or even donkey ears - all culinary treasures of the valley.
Like any self-respecting wine bar, the wine list is worthy of the place, with vintages selected directly from the winemakers.
