



At Eterlou, everything is homemade using fresh produce. On the menu: local cuisine with specialties, as well as Provençal cuisine featuring grilled meats.
Description
The cheeses come from the Ubaye Valley Dairy Cooperative.
The menu consists of a snack, a starter, a main course and a dessert with the traditional génépi to round off the meal.
The welcome is friendly, and groups for special occasions are welcome (weddings, seminars, etc.). Please plan to book 48 hours in advance.
