The villa was built in 1926 by Joseph Morard and Marius Bonnat, architects in Grenoble.
Description
The villa features a covered bow window with a terrace on the main façade. The ground floor is occupied by the hall and vestibule in a central position around which are the study, kitchen, pantry, living room and dining room in the bow window. The masonry of the basement is treated with squared rubble while that of the upper floors is covered with plaster.
