Trained as an arborist, Stéphane developed a passion for the olive tree, a majestic and very useful tree.
OLIVE OIL: IT'S ALL OF PROVENCE
Description
Stéphane has recovered some 800 olive trees in the commune of Moustiers, most of which were abandoned and very unproductive.
He cared for them, maintained them and, after this rehabilitation, they regained their productivity.
Today, Stéphane, thanks to his patience and hard work, produces an excellent olive oil with character, as the trees thrive at altitudes of over 600 meters. He also produces a natural lemon olive oil (the lemon is crushed with the olives) as well as organic balsamic cream.
It's a great challenge that Stéphane has successfully met, and he now aims to make the place sustainable and develop local and organic production.
