Coming from an old Provençal family, Isabelle settled permanently in Moustiers in 1995 and opened her painting gallery and studio there.
Since then, Isabelle Merlet has painted her Provence, its back roads, its little-known routes, its changing horizons... a marvelous world rich in colors, colors that she takes from words, that she lets out into the open air.
