The Fromagerie de Banon has been located in the middle of a park of white oaks, in the heart of Haute-Provence, since 1958. This artisanal company, which complies with European standards, produces and markets "Banon" cheese with a Protected Designation of Origin, as well as a wide range of fresh and mature goat's cheeses.
