The Pistachio House

Located on the Valensole plateau in the heart of lavender, olive and almond fields, La Maison de la Pistache invites visitors to discover a vast collection of pistachio varieties from all the countries that produce the golden tree.
The history of pistachio cultivation, more than 3,000 years old, is told through a film on the big screen.
The shop offers a selection of exceptional products: natural pistachios from different origins, naked pistachios or in shells for appetizers, pure pistachio pastes, pistachio oils, culinary preparations, confectionery...
A large bay window opens onto a pistachio ice cream making workshop to enjoy on site or to take away.
