Fanget Nordic Space

Located between 1459 m and 1689 m altitude, the Fanget site offers a superb track through the Fissac forest, on balconies of Seyne and the Blanche valley, and on the other side to the Chabanon resort via a climb through alpine pastures.

Special equipment (snow tires, 4 seasons or chains, etc.) is strongly recommended to join us there.

Nordic ski trails, ski touring routes, snowshoe hikes: the choice of Nordic activity is yours! Either way, you'll enjoy the magnificent panorama of the Blanche Valley mountain range.

Children are not forgotten, with a play and sledding area, next to the Auberge mountaineer du Fanget, which is specially dedicated to them! Many activities and entertainment in season: biathlon, moonlight hiking, randiflette, igloos, nighttime.

These activities take place against the backdrop of the magnificent panorama of the Blanche valley mountain range.

Ski touring
If you love the mountains and skiing, escape the ski lifts and discover a fabulous area that awaits ski tourers. The gentle slopes of Moure Bouchard are ideal for starting ski touring safely.

Snowshoeing in Fanget
You'll be exploring wild landscapes, getting as close to nature as possible. The 6 snowshoeing trails are marked and offer loops ranging from 1 to 8 km.
Snowshoe trails, from beginner to intermediate and difficult hikes. Between ridges and undergrowth, enjoy magnificent hikes offering unique panoramas of the Blanche valley and the Monges massif.

Outdoor nature trail
Along the snowshoe trail on the Iroire plateau, an exhibition of about ten large format photos presents the fauna of the Alps and the Natura 2000 site. A picnic area awaits you at the end of the route.

Details concerning animals : Dogs are prohibited on cross-country ski trails. Dogs must be kept on leashes on pedestrian trails.
