This summer, join your lifeguards at the Les Mées municipal swimming pool for lessons 7 days a week, individually or in groups, depending on your needs!
• From 6 months: “baby swimming” sessions (with parental training)
• From 2 years old: “Knowing how to save yourself” program (with parental training)
• From 3 years old: anti-drowning program to learn how to save yourself
• From 5 years old: learning to swim
• From 7 years old: improvement
• Aquagym classes: to keep fit in a friendly atmosphere!
In June :
– Tuesday and Thursday at 19:00 p.m.
– Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
