This short course is very suitable for novices in this outdoor sport. Leaving from the village of Seyne, you will head towards the Château de Montclar, where a fairly steep climb awaits you. Don't panic, you can walk uphill, the goal of trail running is to know how to manage your effort! The return will be via a pleasant ridge path from which you can enjoy the magnificent view.
