The route starts from Bevons at the place called "Les Basties" or from Noyers-sur-Jabron via Durban. It is not very difficult and can be used all year round.

Description

Be careful, however, on the descent after the ruins of the Chapel of St Bevons (8,5 km) which is very slippery in wet weather.

Stop at Pas de l'Essaillon to admire the view of the Buëch valley, the Devoluy, the Ecrins and decipher the written stone.

On this route, you will cross several sheep pens, remember to close the gate when leaving

Through our practice, it is essential to respect the work of farmers, other operators and owners who welcome us onto their land:

To prevent herds from escaping, close all electric fences securely and do not damage them!

Also, do not disturb the herds, greet people you meet with a friendly "hello", and of course bring back all your rubbish! Do not cut across the routes through the meadows, and do not picnic either!
