An easy route that allows you to discover the Trail in any season. Be careful in summer, however, as it is located on a south-facing slope without shade. A green route starts from the Maison de Pays du Jabron or Montfroc.

Part of this course is used by the long loop to do long interval sessions.

Through our practice, it is essential to respect the work of farmers, other operators and owners who welcome us onto their land:
To prevent herds from escaping, close all electric fences securely and do not damage them!
Also, do not disturb the herds, greet people you meet with a friendly "hello", and of course bring back all your rubbish! Do not cut across the routes through the meadows, and do not picnic either!
