It is the mountainous terrain which has imposed a unique type of exploitation in the Pays de Seyne.
Description
Thus, the families of Auzet all owned, in addition to the main house of the village, one or more "campaigns" or bastiés. These alpine chalets, grouped in hamlets or isolated, were all built according to the same model. Each year, after having done haymaking in the village, families accompanied by their animals settled in the "countryside" to harvest as much fodder as possible for the winter.
