Description
The Michel family, on the Buissonet farm, raises a herd of Montbéliarde dairy cows (cows born and raised on the farm), fed mainly on plant produce harvested in the surrounding fields (grass, fodder, and cereals). The milk from these cows is then processed on site into various dairy products available for sale at the farm shop.
