A beekeeper from a long line of beekeepers, Jean-Christophe Skrzek perpetuates a family tradition on the Valensole plateau. With his 25 apiaries, he practices pastoral beekeeping that respects natural cycles, moving his hives according to the flowering seasons to offer honeys with varied and authentic flavors.
From nectar to bottling, everything is done locally to guarantee a 100% French product of artisanal quality.
