Flavors of Truques, Alice and Thierry Baurain

We are based in the land of Giono, in the heart of Provence, around a traditional 18th-century rural house from the Pays de Forcalquier. The farm in the place called "Les Truques" is the accomplishment, the fruit of a dream and family work.
Today we operate a 20-hectare estate and all our crops are grown using organic farming methods, out of respect for the environment and sustainable development.
Our main activity is essentially based around the three emblematic productions of the Mediterranean Trilogy: cereals, olive trees and vines.
Finally, Les Truques also has beehives, a truffle oak plantation, and an expanse of 100 hectares of moorland and forest.
Cereals, arboriculture, vines, beekeeping, by-products: flour, biscuits, pasta. Small spelt (seed, flour, flakes, biscuits, pasta), olive oil, and honey.
