Direct sales from the farm: fresh and mature cheeses made from raw cow's milk, pear and apple juice. Veal, heifer, and pork parcels are available upon request. All organically farmed.

Description

The Montclarines farm is located in the Villette hamlet in Montclar. It is a small farm of around ten cows and the rest (heifers and calves) of rustic breeds: the Tarentaise and the Abondance.
All the milk is processed on the farm. Madeleine enjoys making cheese from this milk! From fresh faisselles and beaten fromage blanc to cheeses called "Petit Joseph" and "Tomme de Villette"; the latter is matured for two months in a cellar on spruce planks.
Sale of dried flowers also to flavor your herbal teas and dishes.
It is possible to visit the farm, upon reservation at least 24 hours in advance and during the opening hours of the point of sale. Do not hesitate to contact me on my phone before your arrival
