Our beers:

Bléone is a top-fermented blond beer that's both light and refreshing. A subtle balance between aromatic hops with floral notes and a yeast that develops peppery and spicy aromas.

Jabron is a top-fermented amber beer with a malty flavor. The malt's toasted bread and caramel aromas, combined with fruity and spicy hops, create a beautifully complex aroma.

Buëch is a top-fermented India Pale Ale (IPA) style beer that gives pride of place to hops. It offers a beautiful balance on the palate between the roundness of the malt and the bitterness of the hops.

La Verdon is a top-fermented Session IPA-style beer that's both light and refreshing, developing fruity aromas. Dry hopping helps enhance the impression of freshness while adding complexity to this low-alcohol beer.

Blanche is a top-fermented beer brewed primarily with wheat malt. The aromatic hops are fully expressed in this light and refreshing beer with subtle citrus notes.

Ubaye is a top-fermented blond beer that is both full-bodied and flavorful with powerful aromas. Its rich malt content gives it plenty of body and character.

Asse is a top-fermented dark beer with great aromatic complexity, characterized by subtle aromas of cocoa and roasted malts, as well as fruity hop notes.

Clarée is a bottom-fermented blond beer. It's a lager with plenty of character, allowing the subtle flavors of aromatic hops to shine through. A beer that's refreshing, floral, and delicately bitter.
