Henry Paschetta Oil Mill

For more than 40 years we have been making cosmetics and soap in a cauldron like the Marseille method.
The picking of the olives is done manually thanks to manual and pneumatic combs to preserve the quality of the olives. Then we proceed to crush the fruit with a simple mechanical technique without adding chemicals or changing the temperature.
At the end of this manipulation, we obtain an extra virgin olive oil with a free acidity of less than 0,8%.

Our mill produces local extra virgin olive oil. Our olive oil is peppery with a green taste specific to the variety of aglandau olives (90%).
Nearly 400 olive growers bring their olives to the mill to provide you with:
- Green fruity olive oil
- Local olive oil

All our products are available at the boutique and on the online boutique: olive oil, homemade products, Marseille soaps, etc.
We also make oils with basil, mint, lemon.

Olive oil on sale at the tourist office of Serres, Orpierre, Sisteron and Laragne.

Tours of the soap factory are offered from April to September by reservation.
