The Fruits d'avenir association produces natural fruit juices in autumn from neglected fruit trees in the Digne region.
Description
The production tool is a mobile workshop (on a trailer) which, in season, travels around the department to participate in village fairs and events to transform fruit from individuals and farmers into delicious pasteurized juices.
Marketing is done directly at the workshop on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 13 p.m. as well as at the Aiglun market on Tuesday afternoons all year round and at other local markets in summer.

Free entry. €3.50 for a 1L bottle, €20 for a box of six 6L bottles, €1 for a 9L bottle, €3 for a box of fifteen 25L bottles.
