Description
The Brasserie des Hautes Vallées is located in the village of Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye, at an altitude of 1500m, with a breathtaking view of the Sauvage (with its three emblematic peaks, culminating at over 3000m).
All our malts and hops are organic, and for some ephemeral beers, we use organic flowers or spices.
The quality of the water and organic ingredients give our beers a unique local taste.
