More than 50 years have passed since the first pralines and fruit pastes were created by François and Maggy Doucet in a former almond crusher nestled in the heart of the village of Oraison. Discover our exceptional confectionery!

Description

It all began in Oraison, in the Alpes de Haute-Provence, in 1969, when François Doucet, along with his wife Maggy, took over one of the last cassoirs in the region. The choice of location was no accident: it was in the heart of Provence that almonds, apricots, pears, apples, quinces, and figs grew in abundance. Picked when ripe, these fruits lend all their flavor to their delicious confectionery.
Today, more than 50 years have passed, and the small artisanal business has become an ambitious family SME, certified "Living Heritage Company," which has managed to grow while perpetuating the parental legacy. François Doucet Confiseur places the preservation of local areas and the enrichment of the know-how and traditional recipes that have made its reputation at the heart of its purpose. The company has thus established itself as a French and international reference in fruit pastes and coated chocolates, from Japan to the United States via the United Arab Emirates.
