Description
A day to question the gap between the imagined "traditional Provençal cuisine" and the reality of current practices, to examine the changes in our food: transformation of meals, persistence of regional specificities, emergence of particular diets, gender roles, and the place of museums in the face of the heritage status of cuisine.
