This incredible and original variation on the theme of theatre within theatre provokes a dizzying plunge, a plunge to the other side of the mirror. At once narrators, philosophers, and interpreters of the four characters who arrive at the water's edge, the two authors play with words, red herrings, surreal developments, and subverted scientific references.
