The santon makers present undertake to:
• Made in “Provence”, in their workshop
• Certify on your honor that it is made by hand
• Use clay to make santons
• Use noble products for the manufacture of nativity scenes
• Use mainly noble products for the manufacture of accessories
• Maintain the quality of traditional artisanal know-how
