Jean-Louis Moine offers to share with you his approach to Gregorian chant. No "knowledge" is necessary; only the desire to connect with something "greater" is essential.
Description
The famous physician Alfred Tomatis, who devoted his life to studying the close links between the voice, the brain and the ear, spoke of Gregorian in these terms: "To sing and understand Gregorian, one must not exist but "be" "Gregorian does not cure, it saves."
Everything is said in these two sentences. All that remains is to put it into practice.
Gregorian chant is natural to the voice, just as we have our own unique movement. If I don't think and let my body express itself through singing, trusting it, a small or large movement is born. The power of Gregorian chant will therefore be amplified in a moment of
body awareness.
During this course, several Gregorian pieces will be studied and we will work among other things on breath, respiration, and the harmony of sounds.
